Position Summary:

• An experienced, passionate, and highly skilled senior product manager with a strong background in UI, responsible for the overall lifecycle management of core App products. Must possess a deep understanding of user needs, define product strategy and roadmap, and closely collaborate with design, development, and operations teams to deliver exceptional and innovative App product experiences. This position requires not only strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities but also outstanding appreciation and practical skills in user experience and interface design, capable of transforming complex functionalities into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly product interfaces.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience Requirements: Over 8 years of relevant experience in internet/mobile internet product development, including at least 5 years as a senior product manager, with a proven track record of successfully leading App products through their complete lifecycle from 0 to 1 or from 1 to N.

App Expertise: In-depth understanding of the design specifications, technical characteristics, and ecosystems of iOS and Android platforms, familiar with the review and operational mechanisms of AppStore/Google Play.

UI/UX Foundation: Excellent appreciation for UI/UX design, with a profound understanding of user experience, interaction design, and visual design.

Proficient in mainstream prototyping tools (such as Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) to independently complete high-fidelity prototype designs or guide designers in achieving high-quality prototypes.

Experience in participating in or leading the construction of large-scale App design systems is preferred.

Basic understanding of user behavioral psychology, capable of translating user research findings into feasible design solutions.

Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in using data analysis tools (such as GA, Umeng, GrowingIO, etc.) to guide product decisions and optimizations through data insights.

Technical Understanding: Possesses a certain level of technical comprehension to effectively communicate with R&D teams and understand the feasibility and limitations of technical implementations.
