Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performance testing of the trading system, addressing bottlenecks and implementing quality assurance measures to maintain service stability;
• Participate in the development of the performance team, including but not limited to talent development, infrastructure development, and quality methodology development;
• Develop performance testing plans based on project requirements, clearly defining tasks, timelines, and responsible parties; implement load testing according to the plan, identify schedule risks, and track progress;
• Design different load testing environments based on the characteristics of different projects, select appropriate load testing tools, outline foundational dependencies for load testing, technical modifications, and load testing risks, and drive accountability;
• Establish a performance testing quality system to enhance performance quality awareness and promote self-testing in performance testing;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with more than 5 years of experience in back-end development, testing, architecture, or stability construction;
• Possess certain programming skills, proficient in at least one of Java or Go, capable of developing testing tools, and at least familiar with one scripting language such as Python;
• Familiar with one or more mainstream performance testing tools, able to design and develop testing scripts for scenarios such as single link and mixed link;
• Understand performance testing theories and methodologies, including common business metrics and resource metrics, performance testing objective research, business barriers, data isolation, and other solutions;
• Master service architecture, understand the characteristics of components such as JVM, networks, and databases, and be able to use relevant tools to locate and troubleshoot issues;
• Possess a certain level of English proficiency, with a good sense of communication and collaboration;
• Experience in developing performance testing tools and platforms is preferred; fluent English communication is preferred.
