【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a computer-related field, with at least 3 years of experience in C-end projects;

2. Ability to conduct market and customer research independently, communicate effectively, and possess clear and logical thinking skills;

3. Familiarity with C-end product design and user psychology, with research experience in financial internet platforms; preference given to those with experience in backend and SaaS product design;

4. Proficient in product design tools, including Axure Pro, Sketch, and Visio, with a solid foundation in design skills;

5. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, some organizational and coordination abilities, adept at identifying and solving problems, possessing a habit of in-depth thinking, and strong resilience under pressure.
