UPay, a fintech company, is seeking senior professionals who are data-sensitive and passionate about internet operations to join our team! Job Responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Operations:

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the data tracking system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collection;

• Utilize data analysis tools for in-depth analysis of user behavior, uncovering user needs and directions for product optimization;

2. Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute operational activities based on company strategic goals and user needs to enhance user engagement and conversion rates;

• Responsible for formulating activity plans, coordinating resources, monitoring execution, and evaluating outcomes, as well as conducting post-event reviews and optimizations;

3. User Retention and Conversion:

• Responsible for developing and implementing user retention and conversion strategies to enhance user participation and activity levels;

• Analyze the user lifecycle, formulate user segmentation operation strategies, and improve user conversion rates;

4. Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with technical, brand marketing, and business departments to drive the implementation of operational strategies and activity plans;

• Communicate project progress and issues promptly to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality;

1. Over 3 years of experience in frontline internet operations, with a strong background in data-driven decision-making and campaign management. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in e-commerce, gaming, foreign trade, or independent site operations.

2. Proficient in data analysis tools, with strong analytical skills.

3. Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.

4. Passionate about the Web3 finance industry, with a strong capacity for learning.

5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

6. Open nationality, aged between 22 and 35 years.
