Description

  • Fully responsible for business development in the European, American, and Middle Eastern markets, including the implementation of cooperation models such as agency, KOL, project collaboration, and community traffic.
  • Build and manage the BD team, establish goal mechanisms, evaluate incentives, and ensure the delivery of results.
  • Design and promote growth-oriented activities suitable for regional user habits, such as commission tasks, team competitions, and airdrop collaborations.
  • Interface with market, product, and other departments to coordinate resources and drive rapid project launch and execution.
  • Independently manage and optimize regional data to ensure positive ROI growth.
  • Participate in global/regional industry conferences or investment promotion activities, representing the platform to expand resources and brand influence.
