岗位职责：
1.负责越南市场的招聘流程，包括人才搜索、面试及录用。
2.维护并拓展越南本地的招聘渠道和人力资源合作伙伴。
3.制定高效的招聘策略，吸引优秀人才，特别是商务拓展（BD）相关岗位。
4.协助优化招聘流程，提升候选人体验，并推动招聘工作的持续改进。
5.关注越南当地的人才市场动态，提供有效的招聘建议。
岗位要求：
1.精通越南语和中文
2. 熟悉越南本地的招聘渠道，具备1年以上招聘相关经验。
3. 越南市场商务拓展（BD）招聘经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的沟通能力，主动性强，能够独立工作并具备团队协作精神。 5.了解web3行业招聘市场，有web3行业工作经验优先
