职位描述
我们正在寻找一位注重细节的IT运营虚拟助理（IT Operations VA）来支持客户的IT运营。理想的候选人应具备扎实的IT系统知识、出色的组织能力以及有效管理多项任务的能力。
主要职责
- 协助监控和维护IT基础设施，包括服务器和网络。
- 通过故障排除和解决技术问题来支持日常运营。
- 协助管理IT文档，包括流程手册和系统配置。
- 协助进行系统更新、备份和维护计划。
- 与供应商协调硬件和软件采购。
- 支持IT政策和程序的实施。
- 监控系统性能指标并生成报告。
- 协助对员工进行IT流程和工具的培训。
- 保持对行业最佳实践和新兴技术的了解。
