职位描述
1线上线下整合营销策略制定与执行：支持整合营销活动的策划与落地，结合社媒、媒体、本地化、KOL等渠道，提升品牌曝光和用户增长。
2项目管理与跨部门协作：与产品、运营、设计等团队紧密配合，推动活动上线与推广，确保节点达成。
3数据跟踪与效果分析：对数据敏感，及时分析活动数据，并对活动策略进行调整；收集并整理各类营销活动的数据指标，进行复盘与优化报告撰写。
4支持全球市场本地化需求：与全球地区市场团队沟通协调，确保营销方案落地符合本地文化和用户偏好。
