Job Responsibilities

1- Comprehensive Community Operations Management: Fully responsible for the daily operations of the core community in Japan (Telegram, Discord, Line, and local social media platforms), primarily communicating in Japanese to create an active and professional community atmosphere, enhancing users' awareness and engagement with edgeX DEX products (perpetual contracts, on-chain trading, etc.).

2- Professional Content Translation and Localization: Undertake precise translation of product-related content, including but not limited to function descriptions, operational tutorials, event rules, and announcement copy, ensuring accurate expressions of specialized terms such as "margin mechanism" and "liquidation risk" in Japanese, while also adapting content to suit Japanese users' reading preferences.

3- Event Planning and Execution: Independently plan and implement diverse community activities (such as trading challenges, product feature AMAs, and industry topic discussions) based on the characteristics of the Japanese market and user behavior, to increase daily active users, interaction rates, and platform trading conversion; regularly review the effectiveness of activities and optimize strategies.

4- User Feedback Collection and Communication: Deeply explore community users' opinions and suggestions regarding product features and operational activities, compiling them into a bilingual (Japanese/Chinese) report weekly to share with the product and operations teams, promoting requirement transformation and product iteration optimization.

5- Public Opinion Monitoring and Brand Maintenance: Continuously monitor community dynamics, quickly identify and appropriately handle potential controversies and negative public sentiment, addressing user concerns through professional communication in Japanese; cultivate core community users and opinion leaders to expand the brand's influence and reputation in the Japanese market.

6- Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously track the community operation strategies, user feedback, and market trends of local DEX and contract platforms in Japan, producing monthly analysis reports in Japanese/Chinese, offering differentiated operational suggestions to assist the team in formulating localized development strategies.
