Your Mission:

As an Inbound Fraud Specialist, you’ll be the first line of defense against fraud. You’ll handle inbound calls from US customers, investigate suspicious activity, and help protect their financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide empathetic and efficient support to debit card customers via phone.

·      Detect and prevent fraud by placing security holds and initiating claims.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate cases.

·      Document fraud alerts and build case files for further investigation

You must be:

·      A High school diploma or college graduate is a plus.

·      From 6 months of customer service experience with Fraud line of business

·      Strong attention to detail and commitment to data security

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with professionalism

·      Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
