Description

We’re looking for a results-driven recruitment professional with a strong background in end-to-end hiring and basic accounting support—especially P&L analysis. This role works closely with the CEO and supports both talent strategy and financial alignment in recruitment operations.

Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or Accounting
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledgeable in P&L statements and cost tracking
Familiar with ATS and recruitment metrics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Own laptop (At Least Core i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM) & strong internet (Aleast 50 - 10 mbps)
Confident personality; can collaborate directly with top management
