• Employee A has been employed for 90 days; the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 120 days; the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 150 days; the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 180 days; the reward is $15.
• The total maximum reward is $90 per person. 

The company aims to recruit 100 individuals.
