DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle the overall service store operations
  • Achieve the overall service sales target for Accessory, HD and Device
  • Maintain the highest customer service experience rating (NSSD) 98%
  • Maintain Top 1 store ranking locally and globally for all Offline KPI target requirements
  • Conduct necessary trainings includes product, soft skills or any related requirements
  • Prepare store operations performance report includes KPI result, Sales achievement with Analysis and Improvement Plan

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in IT-Telco industry
  • Experience in Telco Industry or other Service Center is an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite at One Ayala, Makati
  • Willing to work 6 days a week, mall hours

 

ELIGIBLE FOR HMO AFTER 6 MONTHS TENURE
