職務内容
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver reports on account performance
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and client inquiries
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in account management or customer relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player with a positive attitude.
