Qualifications:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, account management, or client servicing in a previous agency.
• Experience in advertising, digital media, or brand strategy is strongly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Assist in managing day-to-day communication and requirements of the client. Prepare meeting agendas, create contact reports, and follow up on action items. Ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates to clients.
• Project Coordination: Track project timelines, help organize and execute campaigns, launches, and events together with the account lead. Coordinate with internal teams as well as suppliers, schedule meetings with clients, manage files, and assist with presentation decks when needed.
• Cost Estimate Creation: Identify project cost requirements and support the account lead in creating cost estimates and cost proposals.

Skills:

• Client servicing, support, and relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive in problem-solving and responsiveness.
• Ability to deliver and execute PR strategies and client instructions.
• Capable of leading projects and managing day-to-day client needs.
• Experienced in managing timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
