As the Accounting Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of its accounting practices. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Perform and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting

2. Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations

3. Prepare and analyse summary reports, of receipts and payments to provide insights to management

4. Prepare month-end P&L and Financial Reports reflective of the company’s financial performance

5. Assist in the reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts and consolidations for presentation to the executive team

6. Handle tax filing and other government compliance requirements

7. Coordinate with the Accounting Team on the month-end/year-end closing procedures

8. Collaborate with the Accounting team to proactively manage overdue accounts

9. Handle Petty Cash and other team expenses and reimbursements

10. Review payroll entries and inventories in coordination with assigned team members

11. Liase with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting

CPA preferred, but not required

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and Finance

With a good understanding of tax laws and compliance regulations

Proficient in Quickbooks and MSExcel

Attentive to details and organized in keeping records

With good interpersonal skills

With high sense of deadline awareness

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time Employee, on site

8:30AM – 6:00PM

Mondays to Fridays only

JOB VENUE: Congressional Avenue, Quezon City

DATE AVAILABLE FOR WORK: Immediately

STARTING SALARY: P50,000-P60,000 per month
