Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in office administration, procurement, records management, and clerical tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and assisting various departments as needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist in handling procurement tasks including purchasing and vendor coordination
  • Support inventory tracking and documentation
  • Help process payables and maintain accurate financial records
  • Organize and manage filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, communications, and office activities

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree (background in accounting, purchasing, inventory, or finance is a plus)
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong accounting or clerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office tools
