説明
- Conduct recruitment and sourcing activities, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Organize and maintain 201 files for all employees, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies.
- Generate reports as required by the Executive Office.
- Prepare memos and other communication materials.
- Process requests for payment and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare meal forecasts and coordinate food requirements with the concessionaire.
- Ensure the smooth execution of meal services and address any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee events, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to the dissemination of the company's brand message and values.
- Support IT and Executive Office departments with various administrative tasks.
- Assist IT with internet connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist in events and banquet setup, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
- Provide assistance during events and support guest needs as required.
- Monitor office equipment and peripherals; perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
- Execute other tasks assigned by the direct superior.
要件
- College Graduate preferrably IT ,Business Administration courses.
- With experience in admin tasks, Hr tasks.
