Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company (CCAC) was formed in January 1998 and is a collaboration between Carrier Corporation of the United States and Concepcion Industries, Inc. of the Philippines. CCAC is the market leader in various categories of HVAC equipment and services in the Philippines. Role Description

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting key operational and engineering activities across various business units. Interns will be immersed in real-world applications of industrial engineering principles, providing valuable support to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals in the field. Depending on departmental assignment, responsibilities may include process optimization, production planning, supply chain coordination, procurement support, and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in process mapping, time and motion studies, and productivity analysis in manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and data collection (Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain).
• Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and materials flow in support of manufacturing or logistics operations.
• Conduct data analysis for inventory, demand planning, and procurement to support planning and decision-making.
• Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities where applicable.
• Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process audits, and improvement reports.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and visual management tools for project updates and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willing to be assigned onsite at the CCAC manufacturing facility or business units in Cabuyao, Laguna.
