Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, creating immediate connections and trust.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed explanations of product and service features.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an organized database of current and potential customers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Close sales effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of business development or inside sales experience.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive in achieving results.
- Willing to learn, take feedback, and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Proficient in computer usage and typing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in listening and identifying sales opportunities.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
