説明

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Support employee relations and address workplace issues.
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, government permit processing (AEP, VISA), and compliance procedures.
  • Adaptability or ability to easily adjust with minor supervision.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Can perform timekeeping and payroll process.
  • Familiar with General Affairs activities

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, computer literacy, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in human resource planning.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Adaptability, strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
