HR Network
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and escalations.
Coordinate customer interactions and internal team collaboration.
Manage the transition from deployment to steady state for new customers.
Drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
Work with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Executive Leadership on major accounts.
Lead quarterly customer discussions and ensure satisfaction.
Skills requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related course
With 7 years of experience in client services
With 7 years of experience in cybersecurity
With 7 years of experience in handling complex accounts
With 7 years of experience in relationship management
Willing to work in Makati City
