1. To track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress

2. Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.

3. Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.

4. Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment

problems happen to occur.

5. They fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees

for each shipment and keep track of shipment payments and quotas.

6. Audit freight cost and documentation

7. Interact with third party logistics service providers

8. Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods

9. Review bills, invoices and purchase orders

10. Ensure all payments are processed in time

11. Conduct safety procedures for outbound shipment vehicle

12. Organize files both manually and electronically

13. In-charge in PEZA processing permit, liquidation, Loa monitoring & reportorial of 8105, 8016, 8110

14. Performs other related task that maybe assigned by her immediate superior from time to time.
