Summary:

Are you a persuasive communicator with excellent phone skills? Do you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is the leading provider of Automotive Brake testing equipment for the Light and Heavy vehicle Industry This position will primarily involve making outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services and gauge interest in our product. You will work closely with Management and Sales Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. (ACT SAGE)
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  
  
• Prospect listing and leads generation.
  
  
• Appointment setting.
  
  

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner, able to engage customers and build rapport.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Above Average Office Skills – CRM (ACT), email, word ,Excel
• Knowledge or interest in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
• Ability to listen and learn
• Ability to work autonomous and as part of a small team
  
  
• Preferably someone who is a automotive and mechanic enthusiast
