- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
要件
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Machine Operator.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in mechanical and electrical systems, hold NCII certification, and have expertise in operating bakery machinery.
- Working Conditions: May involve shifts in a factory setting; exposure to machinery noise and possible hazards.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in teams, and reliable under pressure.
