- Researching and identifying potential franchise partners that meet the company's criteria
- Conducting market analyses to assess the viability of new franchise locations
- Preparing and presenting franchise proposals to prospective partners
- Negotiating franchise agreements and managing the onboarding process
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to existing franchise owners
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the franchise offering
- Monitoring franchise performance and providing recommendations for improvement
要件
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the franchise industry and current market trends
- A proven track record of successfully securing new franchise partnerships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for entrepreneurship and supporting the growth of small businesses
