Job Summary

Saltegra Consulting is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Brand Associate to help us amplify our reach, engage with our audience, and build our presence in the technical consulting industry. This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing marketing strategies to life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Branding, Content & Social Media Management
  • Develop, track, and grow our social media following with simple yet powerful campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into engaging content for general audiences.
  • Create and manage content using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.


Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Support marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with SEO consultants to optimize web campaigns and enhance UI/UX.
  • Execute impactful email marketing campaigns.
  • Measure marketing performance through key metrics—leads, engagement, ROI, and search rankings.
  • Support product and service launches through targeted marketing initiatives.


Event Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Plan and execute webinars, tradeshows, and conferences locally and internationally.
  • Assist in client outreach and proposal development.
  • Support local sales efforts by developing marketing materials and strategies.


Qualifications

Experience & Education


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Background in technical industries such as Process Safety Management (PSM) or consulting is a plus.
  • Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media growth strategies, branding, and content marketing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a highly technical and consulting-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in event marketing (webinars, conferences, trade shows).
  • Background in SEO and UI/UX collaboration.
  • Open to travel for business needs.
