Project Management

• Analyze the test results and revise the design as needed
• Responsible for the preparation of ALL mechanical/ auxiliary drawings/ verification of mechanical plans for implementation of vendor
• Responsible for the REVIEW of ALL mechanical/ auxiliary drawings/ verification of mechanical plans submitted by vendor
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Participates in the planning and design of proposed and renovations of existing stores by checking on the plans prepared
• Provide input on mechanical drawings
• Oversee and manage mechanical aspects of the projects
• Conduct project surveys on site
• Collecting necessary information for design
• Use CAD/ ENG'G software to create mechanical plans
• Oversee the installation of SES/SVC Mechanical Systems
• Maintenance check-ups for SES/SVC
• Write reports and organize paperworks for proper documentation
• Submit status update on all projects handled on a weekly basis
• Liaises with AE, clients, designers, contractors and mall admin to ensure projects are within timelines, guidelines, quality standards and budget
• Conducts constant site inspections before and after construction while facilitating the tests conducted by mall admin for acceptance with mall admin and summarizes punchlist and resolutions report
