説明

  • Acts as the Medical Laboratory Manager (First level Manager)
  • Assigns/allocates duties of laboratory personnel including monthly work schedule
  • Evaluates performance of all laboratory personnel
  • Coordinates and conducts education and training programs for laboratory personnel
  • Provides guidance and serves as an authority on laboratory procedures, DOH protocols, techniques and procedures
  • Continuously develops and modifies guidelines for quality assurance and ensures that departmental goals and milestones are always met
  • Manages laboratory resources and ensures adherence to approved budget
  • Responsible for renewal of Laboratory's License to Operate with DOH including EQAS and NEQAS
  • Supervises maintenance of laboratory records and reports
  • Assists in the evaluation of laboratory equipment for purchase
  • Monitors maintenance and repair of all laboratory equipment
  • Monitors stocks of reagents, lab supplies and compiles invoices of purchased laboratory reagents and supplies
  • Regularly review lab results to ensure quality and accuracy prior to releasing of said results


要件

  • Knowledgeable in processes and procedures in processing of License to Operate of medical laboratories including EQAS/NEQAS
  • Has leadership and managerial skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
