Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs and videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, social media, websites, product promotions, and events.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual content that aligns with brand messaging.
Edit and enhance raw footage and images using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Manage the video and photo shoot process, including lighting, composition, audio, and setting up equipment.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all multimedia content.
Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all images and videos are properly cataloged and easily accessible.
Assist in the creation of video storyboards and visual content plans for different marketing campaigns.
Stay current on multimedia trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating fresh ideas into projects.
Capture behind-the-scenes content for events, launches, or any other company-related activities.
Work with external agencies or clients (if applicable) to understand their multimedia needs and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Ensure all media is delivered on time and within project deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Videography, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse multimedia content.
Expertise in photography and videography techniques, including camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A good understanding of current trends in social media and digital content creation.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
