2. Content Creation: Produce a variety of video formats (e.g., short-form, long-form) tailored to different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content. Ensure all content adheres to platform-specific guidelines.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy. Collaborate with designers, marcom, and other content creators to develop multimedia content. Communicate effectively with brands or internal stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements.

4. Technical Expertise: Maintain and operate video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. Stay updated on the latest video production trends, tools, and techniques. Troubleshoot technical issues during production and post-production.

5. Content Management: Organize and manage video assets, ensuring they are archived and easily accessible.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Multi media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, Canva
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content optimization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
