About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment and onboarding process by assisting candidates and working members with compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate & Member Support
- Communicate with candidates and working members to assist with onboarding and maintain up-to-date compliance records.
- Respond to queries and follow up on outstanding compliance requirements via phone and email.
- Provide clear and friendly guidance to individuals as they complete necessary steps for employment readiness.
- Compliance and Administration
- Review and accurately input compliance documentation into internal systems.
- Conduct audits to ensure all working members meet company and legislative requirements.
- Maintain detailed and organized digital records for internal tracking and audit purposes.
Onboarding Support
- Assist in completing onboarding checklists for new members.
- Distribute HR contracts and collect essential documentation, including licenses and qualifications.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Coordinators and other support staff to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent phone-based customer service skills – Demonstrates clear, courteous, and professional communication when engaging with candidates and team members.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English – Able to convey information effectively and accurately in both verbal and written formats.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry – Capable of managing information with precision and identifying discrepancies as needed.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems – Open to training and capable of quickly becoming proficient in internal software and digital tools.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional attitude – Able to collaborate effectively, follow established procedures, and consistently meet deadlines.
