  • Perform accurate computation of wages, tax withholdings, and company contributions.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field required.
  • Experience Level: at least 1 year of payroll processing or related experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, proficiency in payroll software, understanding of tax and labor laws.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Accurately processing payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing payroll discrepancies, preparing reports.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard work hours with occasional overtime during payroll cycles.
