Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical reviews and process healthcare-related tasks based on account requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to medical and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clients to resolve cases efficiently.
• Work in alignment with BPO protocols, KPIs, and client expectations.

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse with an active PRC license
• Minimum 1 year of BPO Healthcare experience (voice or non-voice).
• Minimum 1 year of hospital bedside experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
