Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in the Production Process
• Effectively manage a team of machine operators tasked to run multiple machines for CTP platemaking and Business Forms printing
• Develop methodologies to increase productivity and minimize downtime without compromising safety and quality
• Ability to schedule preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal running condition
• Coordinate with third-party engineers for repair and replacement of machine parts
• Coordinate with the Procurement team for machine consumables and cleaning supplies
• Collaborate with the Technical Department for Product Development and New Initiatives
• Compile data, prepare and analyze reports
• Salary Offer: 55,000 negotiable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
• Computer literate
• Must be organized and hardworking
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• At least 5 years of work experience in the paper and printing industry
• SAP Business One experience is a plus
