  • The Public Market Sales Specialist is responsible for managing sales activities within public markets.
  • This role involves engaging with vendors, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth in traditional market environments.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for public markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with market vendors and traders.
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of the company's products in public markets.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends within public markets.
  • Conduct regular visits to markets to assess product placement and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the logistic team to ensure timely delivery of products to market vendors.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and areas for market expansion.
  • Report on sales activities and market conditions to senior management.

要件

  • Experience in sales, particularly in public markets or traditional trade.
  • Strong understanding of the public market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Willing to Assigned in Rizal area.
