- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of recruiting and HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting techniques, HRIS systems, and talent management; strong communication; solid understanding of employee relations and payroll.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with potential for remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ethics.
