  • Assist in daily restaurant operations and management.
  • Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Learn inventory management and staff scheduling.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, quality control, operations management, inventory and cost management, and computer literacy.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, varying hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, team-oriented, and strong leadership abilities.
