Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls to gather essential client details for job posting and creation
• Communicate professionally with clients, handling inquiries and consistently following up on leads
• Participate in sales negotiations and client discussions aimed at closing deals
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to strategize client engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proven customer service skills with a client-focused approach
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Effective negotiation and persuasive communication skills
• Confident presentation and public speaking abilities
• Industry knowledge and relevant experience (preferred but not required)
