Role: Inside Sales Representative

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, Cebu

Schedule: Night Shift

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services, focusing on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct 100+ inbound/outbound sales calls daily to prospective and existing clients. 
• Schedule and facilitate virtual WebEx meetings to demonstrate products and solutions. 
• Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate customer records. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. 
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. 
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualification and requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. 
• Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar platforms is highly desirable. 
• Comfortable conducting virtual meetings via WebEx or equivalent tools. 
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
