Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Trainer with extensive knowledge in course curriculum creation and exceptional facilitation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, refining, and delivering engaging and impactful training programs to support our workforce and customers. The role requires an individual with a passion for education, technology, and driving performance through high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development:
  • Design, create, and maintain comprehensive training curricula for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop effective and engaging training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments.
  • Ensure course content aligns with company goals, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training programs to meet evolving business requirements, product updates, and technology trends.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Lead and facilitate dynamic, interactive, and high-impact training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for diverse audiences.
  • Utilize various adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to foster an engaging learning environment.
  • Adapt delivery methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and group dynamics.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to participants, ensuring knowledge retention and application of learned skills.
  • Training Program Evaluation:
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance data.
  • Analyze learner outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improving training materials and delivery methods.
  • Ensure that all training programs are aligned with company objectives and enhance employee productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, product development, customer support, etc.) to ensure training aligns with business needs and product offerings.
  • Stay current with industry trends, training technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the training function.
  • Mentor and guide junior trainers, sharing knowledge and best practices to help build a strong training team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in training, with a focus on curriculum creation, instructional design, and facilitation.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, including leadership, technical, and soft skills training.
  • Expertise in using learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning tools
  • Experience in the telecommunications, SaaS, or tech industry is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess training needs and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
