About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of Unified Digital Experience Platform. This strategic initiative aims to create a seamless digital experience across web and mobile channels, driving digital revenue contribution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the technical architecture for a unified digital platform encompassing web and mobile applications
  • Create architecture blueprints that align with business objectives while ensuring technical feasibility and performance
  • Lead the integration strategy for connecting to multiple backend systems (CRM, billing, loyalty, AI/ML, Adobe Experience Platform, etc.) through various methods (APIs, SDKs, middleware)
  • Develop unified frameworks for identity, consent, payment, catalog, commerce, and content management
  • Guide the implementation of Customer 360 data integration and personalization features
  • Establish governance models for cross-platform consistency and technology standards
  • Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Define non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, and availability
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and approaches


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture for digital platforms, preferably in telecom or similar industries
  • Proven experience designing multi-channel digital experiences (web and mobile)
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns and API-first architecture
  • Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
  • Expertise in modern web and mobile development frameworks (React, Flutter, Next.js, etc.)
  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Platform components and implementation
  • Experience with CMS platforms and content delivery architectures
  • Knowledge of identity management solutions and authentication protocols
  • Familiarity with real-time analytics and monitoring solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with telecom backend systems and provisioning processes
  • Knowledge of TMForum eTOM framework
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization
  • Familiarity with ML/AI integration for personalization
  • Experience with offline-capable mobile applications
  • Understanding of accessibility requirements and implementation
  • Previous work with unified loyalty systems or e-commerce integrations


Project Context

You will be working on a strategic initiative to unify currently siloed digital channels into a cohesive ecosystem. The project aims to increase digital revenue contribution by creating unified customer journeys across all touchpoints.

The platform will integrate with multiple backend systems through various methods and will need to support real-time product provisioning, personalization, and performance monitoring. You will be challenged to create an architecture that brings together different technology stacks and establishes common patterns for future development.
