Job Function:
Responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for positions under the assigned business unit/zone/hub account.
Responsibilities:
Source required talents
Select the identified potential fit
Onboard talent
Create special projects on sourcing channels and recruiting events
Manage reports and feedback
Qualifications:
Graduate of bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management & Development
TA Specialist (Supervisory level) of at least 2 years full cycle recruiting experience
