説明

  • Writes and edits various technical documents, including manuals, deployment procedures, help guides, and FAQs.
  • Works closely with department heads, administrators, and specialists to gather information and understand the tool and platform functionalities.
  • Translates complex technical information into clear, concise, and accurate documents for technical and non-technical users.
  • Creates diagrams, screenshots, and visuals to complement and clarify technical documentation
  • Maintains and updates existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Ensures consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation
  • Works with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of documentation projects aligned with system releases
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.


要件

  • Has bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related fields.
  • With 1-2 years of experience in Technical Writing or any related experience 
  • Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and managing technical documentation and content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Extensive experience in drafting and editing user manuals, guides, release notes, and other technical documents.
  • Has ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to complement technical documentation.
