Job Purpose:

The Account Development Manager, Asia will implement regional expansion and strategic business initiatives across Asia. This pivotal role is dedicated to launching the company's presence in a market where they already have a strong production presence maximizing revenue growth, and capturing new business opportunities through distinguished sales leadership, sophisticated market penetration tactics, and relentless pursuit of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in sales, business development, or a similar field, with a proven track record in new market entries and sales excellence.

• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with a variety of cultures and business practices.
• Strategic thinker with a keen insight into the dynamics of the Asian markets.

Additional information

Salary: 100,000-200,000 + commissions

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3x a week onsite
