We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Key duties include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales and retention strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Industry-specific experience may be required (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare).
