Description
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data for insights and improvements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and tax preparations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, assist in audits, and prepare accurate financial reports.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a relevant accounting role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable/Receivable, QuickBooks, and bookkeeping practices.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
