Description

The Accounting Senior Specialist must have financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow projection expertise. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, ensure tax compliance, and provide financial analysis.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Handle tax compliance tasks, including filing tax returns and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow projections to support financial planning.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and provide variance analysis reports.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve organizational performance.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (required).
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in any accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup, adapting to both remote and on-site requirements (twice a month RTO; office is in Quezon City)
