The Accounts Management Specialist (AMS) provides support services in the following responsibility areas of the Department: accounting for the closed banks’ funds-held-in-trust (FHIT), management of the centralized disbursement for closed banks, updating identified database / systems for closed banks managed by the department, submission of consolidated data (financial and non-financial) on closed banks to management and requesting units, and closed banks records (for Loan and ROPA documents) as of closure date; releases vital documents of closed banks thru the PAC, prepares required documents for bonding of accountable officers; and prepares a Status Report on Asset Distribution Plan (ADP) Implementation.
