- Process invoices, manage transactions, and assist with financial reporting.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or current student with relevant coursework.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounts payable/receivable, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours with potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, team player, and effective communicator.
